Chiu Jenn Co., Ltd is having brass forging experience of 20 years, persisting in highquality as business keystone. Since founded, the company adopted the imported brass bar as forging material, emphasizing on the accuracy of mold development, in addition to installing with imported forge releasing agent from Japan for stable quality. Now, the installed equipment includes 5 sets of automatic friction punch, 4 sets of cutting machine and 1 set of shot blast , heating, forging, 2 infrared thermometers---for temperature controlling of mold and brass bar forge process. The brass forge product can be kept under 30 ℃.

Chiu Jenn is able to manufacture every kind of brass product between 0.05 to 3 kg, especially the upper hollow or lower hollow forge product. The main products include the forge finish of brass and aluminum alloy, pneumatic and oil press switch and accessories, gas appliance accessories, cylinder switch, auto & motorcycle accessories, hardware accessories, bathroom accessories, switch of air-conditioning and refrigerant as well as any kind of brass made accessories. Besides local and foreign selling, the products are also exported to Japan, USA, Europe, Hong Kong, Mainland China and South East Asia.
